We also ship internationally. The order will only charge the price of product and shipping cost. We are not responsible for any taxes or custom fees that might applied on international order, this will be the customer's responsibility. The international order is not refundable if customers refused to pay the taxes or custom fees.

Also, once you have received the confirmation of order and shipping details through email(s), the package(s) will be already sent out to the carrier. You will receive a update status with tracking number and estimated delivery date.
We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs. In any case, the package got delayed or failure of delivery or any other incident, we will try our best to reach out and look in the cases until its settled.
Returns and Exchanges

We don't accept cancellations after item has been sent. But please get in touch at email@example.com if you have any problems with your order as soon as possible.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch within 3 days after you received the products. Ship items back to us within 10 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We don’t accept returns and exchange for custom or personalized orders and for items on sale, unless they’ve damaged in the shipping process.
If the item is damaged in the shipping process we will happily discuss a replacement or exchange. Please send us at firstname.lastname@example.org your order number, the images of the broken piece(s) with packaging, and also keep the broken piece(s) until we are done with the claim
